DELIVERING YOUR MOMENTS

Free ShippingOn all orders over $99 within the continental U.S.

Orders under $99 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Please note that during peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate any delays.

Returns

OUR RETURN POLICY

Due to the intimate nature of home fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, burned, or sprayed. We want you to love your purchase, so please review product descriptions and scent notes carefully before ordering.

Unopened items: Products in original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Gift Orders

GIFTING & PACKAGING

Our Elegant Gift sets arrive in our signature branded packaging—a gold leaf gift box with black satin ribbon—ready to give as-is. No additional wrapping needed.

Individual products ship in branded Pivotal Moments boxes for a premium unboxing experience, though they do not include gift wrapping at this time.

If you are shipping a gift directly to a recipient, please include a note at checkout and we will ensure no pricing information is included in the package.
