Free ShippingOn all orders over $99 within the continental U.S.

Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $9.99. Every Subscribe & Save order ships free, with no minimum.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

Please note that during peak holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate any delays.

Returns

OUR RETURN POLICY

Due to the intimate nature of home fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, burned, or sprayed. We want you to love your purchase, so please review product descriptions and scent notes carefully before ordering.

Unopened items: Products in original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Our Enlightening, Warm & Cozy Vibes and Festive Holiday gift sets arrive in our gold leaf Luxury Gift Box with black satin ribbon, and our Seasonal Favorites Gift Set arrives finished with a black bow and wax seal, all at no extra charge.

For anything else, add our Luxury Gift Box ($10) to your order and we’ll place your items in our keepsake gift box with fillers and ship it to any address you choose.

If you are shipping a gift directly to a recipient, please include a note at checkout and we will ensure no pricing information is included in the package. Please also include your phone number at checkout so we can reach you with any gifting questions.
