What are your candles made of?
Our candles are hand-poured with a coconut and soy wax blend, cotton wicks, and phthalate-free, paraben-free fragrance oils. They are vegan, cruelty-free, and clean burning.
Are your room sprays safe around children and pets?
Yes. Our room and linen sprays are formulated with a non-toxic formula that is safe around children and pets. They are also non-staining when sprayed on fabrics and linens.
Are your products tested on animals?
Never. All Pivotal Moments products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. No animal testing is conducted at any stage of production.
Where are your products made?
All Pivotal Moments candles and room sprays are hand-poured and assembled in the United States.
Candle Details
How long do your candles burn?
Our 12 oz candles burn for approximately 60 hours, our 8 oz gold tins for approximately 40 hours, and our 2 oz travel tins for approximately 15 hours. Burn times may vary depending on environment and candle care practices.
What is the difference between the white jar and gold jar candles?
Our Celestial and Fall Collection scents—Luminosity, SoulScape, Smoken Vanilla, and Mystic Pumpkin—come in elegant white glass jars. Our Holiday Collection scents—Yuletide Balsam Whisper and Berry & Bough—come in luxurious gold glass jars featuring our PM monogram. All 12 oz jars include a branded bamboo lid.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 within the continental United States. Orders under $99 are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on candles or room sprays that have been opened or used. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. Unopened items may be returned within 14 days.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our Elegant Gift sets arrive in our signature branded packaging with a gold leaf gift box and black satin ribbon—ready to give as-is. Individual products ship in branded boxes but do not include gift wrapping at this time.
