Shipping policy
Once your order is placed, please give us 1-3 business days to process your order. Our fulfillment team works Monday- Friday 9 am-5pm CT, excluding major holidays. Once your order has been processed, we will create your shipping label and send your order out for shipment. As soon as your package has shipped, we will send the tracking information to the email you provide at checkout.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Rates for shipping within the 48 Contiguous US states are currently a flat rate of $9.99 and FREE for all orders of $50 or more. At Pivotal Moments, we ship all products via USPS /UPS/ FEDEX to the 48 contiguous United States. Due to shipping costs, we cannot offer flat rate shipping to the following areas: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands at this time. All P.O. Box and military APO/FPO addresses ship via US Mail unless otherwise specified.
Next Day and 2nd Day shipping are currently available through Fedex with a charge of $25.00 and $35.00. When your order is shipped, your will be emailed a tracking number to track your order at www.fedex.com.
Please keep in mind, packages may take longer to arrive surrounding national holidays and/or around holiday seasons dependent upon the shipping companies and their delays.
We are limited to shipping orders to one address. If needing to ship to multiple addresses, please submit separate orders for each address.

Lost Orders & Orders in Transit
If your order has shipped and not arrived in the expected time frame, please allow an additional 1-2 days for unforeseeable delays. If your product exceeds this range, please reach out to us with your order number at contactus@pivotalmomentsbyjj.com and we will be sure to get back to you within 48 business hours.
Please keep in mind that when the orders leave our fulfillment center, it becomes the carrier's responsibility to deliver your package on time, so please be patient if something happens on their end. We will do the best we can to get everything solved and your products delivered!
Pivotal Moments is not responsible for, nor issue refunds or credits, for packages the carrier marks as delivered or items lost, stolen, or stuck in transit. Please contact the carrier to locate your order.
Wrong or Need to Update an Address
If you place an order and realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address or need to update an address, please contact us at contactus@pivotalmomentsbyjj.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address.
If your package ships before we receive an updated address from you, there is unfortunately nothing we can do to fix this. If the package is returned to our fulfillment center, we will resend to the correct address.
Need To Cancel an Order
If you place an order and need to cancel it, please contact us at contactus@pivotalmomentsbyjj.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your package ships before we receive a cancel request from you, there is unfortunately nothing we can do to fix this.
Damages
Please inspect your products upon receiving and contact us at contactus@pivotalmomentsbyjj.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take immediate action to fix the issue.
